A yoga retreat comes at just the right time.
We start the day together with a Hatha Yoga sequence. Pranayama and meditation are part of our 90-minute yoga program in the morning.
I am also offering two hours of Yoga Nidra meditation one afternoon this week.
Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique that reaches deeper levels of consciousness.
The relaxation and breathing techniques of Yoga Nidra activate the parasympathetic nervous system and thus cause a relaxation response. This triggers the stress tensions built up in the bodyThe first stages of meditation aim to move the brain from the busy beta waves to the slower alpha waves, where deeper relaxation begins. This breaks the vicious circle of imaginary stress, because Yoga Nidra gives you access to the root of stress: thoughts. With increasing practice, you can even experience theta and delta brain waves in the subsequent phases of meditation.
After a delicious breakfast we are ready for the various activities, such as a guided hike in the Tramontana mountains or a visit to a Mallorcan finca, where we will be initiated into the secret of paella, which we will prepare together with a Mallorcan .........
This and other offers are optional and not included in the price. You decide whether and what you want to participate in.
If that is too active for you, the finca offers a sauna and pool area as well as many small seating areas where you can relax.
Before our dinner together, we will go back to the yoga mat for 90 minutes. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, the program offers everyone the opportunity to expand and deepen their yoga knowledge.
