and I have been practicing yoga for many years. I cannot imagine a life without yoga.
I started on my yoga path about 25 years ago without even realizing it.
At that time, I was already doing a variety of fitness training and was interested in people and their behavior. For this reason, I trained as a psychological counselor, specializing in solution-focused therapy and NLP. I then worked as a coach for a few years.
It was only when I attended my first yoga class that I was able to experience that through yoga the body and mind experience healing and peace.

For me, yoga is more than just physical exercises and meditation; it is a holistic philosophy of life. Yoga is so variable that it can accompany you throughout your life and the practice can always be different. Yoga changes and brings out the positive in people.
Yoga gives me joy. Yoga gives me flexibility and strength. Yoga gives me moments of happiness. Yoga always brings me back to myself and helps me to connect body, mind and soul and to focus on what is essential.
I would like to share this wonderful feeling with you from the bottom of my heart!
